This is an original multipack of HP 364 colour ink cartridges. Original means these ink's have been made and filled by HP themselves. Containing one each of the standard capacity HP 364 inks, with the black up to 250 pages and each colour 300 pages, this is a fantastic way of slashing your printing costs. This multipack replaces the previous J3M82AE multipack, it still contains the same four standard yield 364 inks but the paper and envelopes are not included.
** Please note: This pack does not contain a Photo Black - it only contains the standard black HP 364 ink. You can replace any empty 364 inks in your printer quickly and easily. Open the printer lid and wait for the cartridges to stop in the middle and then remove the necessary cartridges by squeezing the clip on the side and lifting them out. Slot the new cartridges into place pushing them down until you hear them click. The original HP 364 inks can be used along with any other original or compatible 364 ink's without any problems at all.

1. Faulty or item not to customer satisfaction - we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
2.Item not wanted anymore - we can arrange collection for you at your own cost or you can ship the item back to us on your own accord.
3. Replace item if particular subject is in stock.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Consumables that have been opened (unless faulty) will not be accepted by TonerOne Ltd. Please be sure that you want item when opening.
Items returned poorly packaged will not accepted. Please return correctly.
Exchanges
Replacement will be offered if item is faulty and the stock is available at the current time of the return. Tonerone Ltd will certainly do everything they can to rectify any rare occurrence that may happen.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
